November at Aviva Rand Photography

A big thank you to all those who sent me feedback from the last month's newsletter. I read everything you write and really appreciate your comments. A special thanks to all who voted for your favorite picture and Congratulations to the Katz family on winning 25% off your next order.
Some studio news... I am debuting a new collection in my studio. Its going to be called The Designer Collection and its a whole new look in portraiture. I'm very excited about it. One of my favorite old customers agreed to model for me and along with my own kids' shots, I should have some samples to put online for you to see in late December. The new collection will go on sale in January 09.
I am also going to a special photography shoot-out workshop next week that I've been counting the days towards. Its going to be about taking photography to the next level, using lighting to create special effects, and advanced techniques in Photoshop. Looking forward to a real heavy, information packed day. Just my type.
We had a couple of special customers this month, see below, and I had the opportunity to meet a couple of really special families. I've booked quite a few "Chanuka" portraits already, so if you're looking for the "best" gift to give the grandparents this year... look no further, but don't wait too long because I have only a few appointments left. For those that didn't see my ad this month, all Chanuka portraits are 20% off...
Anyway, have a majestic and miraculous Chanukah you all... enjoy those big family parties.

This is a very special portrait and I was honored to take it. These are, ka"H, five generations of mothers.
Baby Noa with her great, great grandmother.

This dear baby is loved by four very special mommies! You should all be blessed with continued health and arichas yamim, ad meah v'esrim...

We wanted to portray little Binyamin at 8 months. I think this shot does the job... its all about the mouth.

This little model took posing very seriously. I could just eat this face up!

Recognize his older sisters? Go to my website's girls' gallery and look at photo #8.

Ahh, the smiling family...(okay, whoever behaved for pictures was getting ice-cream treats...)

Zach and Hayley returned for Zach's post upsherin photos. We did them last year.

Little Hayley wasn't feeling so great that day. Lucky for her, she's so cute it didn't matter.

This is Zach, all grown up! Mazal Tov.

( Here's Zach from last year, with his long hair. )

Mazal Tov Weiss Family - you should have a lot of nachas from both your children!
